Molds
We produce round or shaped molds, with or without chamfer, and molds with external steel cage (with hard metal as an insert).
One of our core products are molds for the production of abrasive and cutting discs, produced according to the drawing supplied by our customer or following the standards of the main press manufacturers on the market.
Dies
We manufacture tailor-made dies, round or shaped, with or without chamfer, sharpened upon request, selecting the best mix of powders to ensure the maximum wear resistance.
Punches
We manufacture single or multiple punches, entirely in hard metal, brazed or glued to steel, extremely precise and resistant during machining.
