From raw material acceptance, undergoing strict incoming inspections, to the control of the finished parts in the metrology lab, the meticulous control procedures follow step by step all the production stages, controlling the conformity of operational parameters of every process and the conformity of the finished product to the requirements.
Thanks to this policy, aimed to ensure the maximum customer satisfaction, Sinterloy quality management system has been certified conforming to the ISO 9001 norm already in 2001.
Pursuing the continuous improvement of products and services and with the aim of increasing internal efficiency through the involvement of employees in the company strategies, some specific KPI’s have been pointed out to monitor the achievements. These KPI’s result from the data analysis carried on by the process managers, responsible for the performance of our departments.
